摘要
为了提高不敏感弹药热安全性,推进我国不敏感弹药烤燃试验方法和评估体系的建立,介绍了国外不敏感弹药烤燃试验方法和评估标准,分析了不敏感弹药烤燃试验及其仿真技术的发展方向。发展不敏感弹药烤燃试验技术应从慢速烤燃标准加热速率合理化、烤燃箱尺寸限制、量化指标多样化、弹药老化问题等方面研究,尽快提高弹药系统的热安全性。
In order to improve the thermal safety of insensitive munitions and promote the establishment of insensitive munitions cook-off test methods and evaluation system in domain,foreign insensitive munitions cook-off test methods and evaluation standards were introduced.At the same time,the development of insensitive munitions cook-off test and simulation technology was analyzed.To develop insensitive munitions cook-off test technology and improve the thermal safety of munitions system as soon as possible,it was a wisdom choice to conduct research on the slow cook-off standard heating rate rationalization,limit of cook-off oven size,diversification of quantitative indicators and aging of munitions.
