Remote Synchronous Control System of High Speed Data Acquisition

摘要 针对弹药试验环境复杂,安全距离大,高速数据采集设备触发可靠性和同步性要求高等特征,提出了一种远程同步高速数据采集控制系统。该系统利用远程同步无线控制机制,通过指令/反馈信号有效性判决提高信号的可靠性,同时选用MOSFET作为开关器件设计同步触发电路,保证多路开关量触发信号的同步性。试验验证表明,该系统同步触发精度小于1 ms,多次试验中未出现误触发现象,可实现对弹药试验数据的多设备高可靠性远程同步触发采集。 For the complex environment and long safe distance requirement of the ammunition tests,the high speed data acquisition control system requires high reliability and synchronization,this paper provided a remote synchronous control system of high speed data acquisition.The system used the mechanism of remote synchronous control to avoid mistrigger by signal decision,and to ensure synchronization by synchronous control circuit which based on MOSFET.The trigger accuracy of system was less than 1ms,and there was no mistrigger appeared in multiple tests.The testing results indicated that the system could realize multi-device signal synchronous acquisition in ammunition tests.
