摘要
针对处于电磁炮弹丸内的弹载遥测装置受强磁场的影响而产生的无线传输信道中断问题,提出了电磁炮弹丸遥测装置在强电磁环境干扰下的电磁防护方法。该方法采用导磁导电材料结合模式,设计了双层组合屏蔽体模型,利用FLUX电磁场分析软件计算不同方案下的磁场屏蔽效果。仿真结果表明,将导电材料置于屏蔽体外侧,导磁材料置于屏蔽体内侧,在给定的弹丸遥测装置尺寸内,遥测装置离弹尾距离越远,屏蔽效能越好,且将遥测装置放置于弹丸头部,屏蔽效能更优。
Aiming at the problem of the radio transmission channel interruption caused by the strong magnetic field of the projectile telemetry device in the electromagnetic projectile,the electromagnetic protection method of the electromagnetic projectile telemetry device under the strong electromagnetic environment interference is proposed.In this method,a single-layer and double-layer composite shield model is designed by using the combined mode of magnetic materials,conductive materials and conductive materials.FLUX electromagnetic field analysis software is used to calculate the magnetic field shielding effect in different schemes.The simulation results show that the conductive material is placed on the outside of the shielding body and the magnetic conductive material is placed on the inside of the shielding body.Within the given size of the projectile telemetry device,the farther away the telemetry device is from the projectile tail,the better the shielding effectiveness.The shielding efficiency is better when the telemetry device is placed on the head of the projectile.
