摘要
目的探讨羟苯磺酸钙(CaD)对轻中度非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变(NPDR)患者视网膜神经功能的保护作用。方法选取医院2015年7月至2016年7月收治的轻中度NPDR患者84例(166眼),剔除失访及资料不完整患者10例,最终纳入74例(146眼),随机分为研究组(41例)和对照组(33例)。在稳定控制血糖基础上,分别给予两组患者CaD和安慰剂口服治疗6个月。结果对比敏感度(CSF),研究组治疗后各空间频率CSF稳定(P> 0. 05),对照组空间频率为3. 0,6. 0 c/d时治疗后CSF明显降低(P <0. 05);视网膜震荡电位(OPs)和明视负相反应(Ph NR),治疗后研究组患者两指标均无明显变化(P> 0. 05),对照组明显降低(P <0. 05); P100波幅和P100波潜时,两组治疗前后P100波幅均无明显变化(P> 0. 05),P100波潜时研究组治疗前后无明显变化(P> 0. 05),对照组治疗后明显延迟(P <0. 05)。结论 CaD对早期糖尿病视网膜病变患者视网膜神经功能有良好保护作用,有益于控制早期的病情进展。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of calcium dobesilate( CaD) on retinal nerve function in patients with mild to moderate nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy( NPDR). Methods Totally 84 patients( 166 eyes) with mild to moderate NPDR admitted to our hospital from July 2015 to July 2016 were selected,10 patients who lost to follow-up and incomplete data were excluded. Finally,74 patients( 146 eyes) were enrolled,and they were randomly divided into the study group( 41 cases) and the control group( 33 cases).On the basis of stabilizing blood sugar control,the patients in the study group orally took CaD for 6 months,while the patients in the control group orally took placebo for 6 months. Results After treatment,the contrast sensitivity function( CSF) of each spatial frequency in the study group was stable( P > 0. 05),when the spatial frequency was 3. 0 and 6. 0 c/d in the control group,the CSF was significantly decreased( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the oscillatory potentials( OPs) and photopic negative response( PhNR) in the study group were not significantly changed( P > 0. 05),while those in the control group were significantly reduced( P < 0. 05). There was no significant change in the P100 amplitude of the two groups before and after treatment( P > 0. 05). There was no statistically significant difference in the P100 wave latency of the study group before and after treatment( P > 0. 05),while the P100 wave latency of the control group was significantly delayed after treatment( P < 0. 05). Conclusion CaD has a good protective effect on retinal nerve function in patients with early diabetes mellitus,and it is helpful to control the progress of early diabetes mellitus.
