产教融合战略下药师型人才培养路径探索

Cultivation Path of Pharmacist-Type Talents Under the Strategy of Production-Education Integration

目的探讨产教融合战略下药师型人才培育路径,为解决我国药师型人才培养供给侧与需求侧不平衡现状提供借鉴。方法审视我国药学教育现状,借鉴发达国家药学教育方式,探讨产教融合战略深度落实于药师型人才培育的实施路径。结果与结论我国应借鉴发达国家在学位设置、课程体系、授课方式及校企合作等方面的教育经验,进一步从调动医药企业参与产教融合的积极性,加强院校关于深化产教融合的内涵建设,强化行业指导作用等方面入手,将产教融合战略落实于药师型人才培养,推动药师人才队伍健康发展。

Objective To investigate the cultivation path of pharmacist-type talents under the strategy of production-education integration,and to provide reference for solving the current situation of imbalance between supply-side and demand-side of the cultivation of pharmacist-type talents in China. Methods The current situation of pharmacy education in China was reviewed,and the pharmacy education methods in the developed country were taken for reference to investigate the implementation path of the strategy of production-education integration in the cultivation of pharmacist-type talents. Results and Conclusion Our country should draw lessons from the educational experience of developed countries in degree setting,curriculum system,teaching methods and school-enterprise cooperation,further mobilize the enthusiasm of pharmaceutical enterprises to participate in the production-education integration,strengthen the connotation construction of our universities on deepening the production-education integration,and strengthen the role of industry guidance,in order to implement the strategy of production-education integration in the cultivation of pharmacist-type talents and promote the healthy development of pharmacist talents.
