阐述了高职工程测量专业现代学徒制视域下的工匠精神培养的意义,分析了现代学徒制对高职工程测量专业工匠精神培养的有利条件,进而提出高职测量专业现代学徒制视域下的工匠精神培养具体策略。高等职业院校是现代学徒制视域下的工匠精神培养的重要阵地,要充分发挥其主导作用;企业是现代学徒制视域下的工匠精神培养的基地,要充分发挥其对学校的指导作用。

This paper expounds the significance of the craftsmanship cultivation in higher vocational engineering measurement specialty from the perspective of the modern craftsmanship, analyzes the advantages of modern apprenticeship for the cultivation of craftsmanship, and further puts forward concrete measures to cultivate craftsmanship. Higher vocational colleges are the position to cultivate craftsmanship, therefore it needs to give full play to its role;enterprises are the base to cultivate craftsmanship, and it needs to give full play to its guidance role for schools.
