摘要
现阶段的现象是招聘外聘教师困难,管理外聘教师难度也很大,教学效果也很差,可见外聘教师对教师身份缺乏认同是主要原因。将外聘教师的发展视角由外部环境转向关注内部驱动,从身份认同社会层面的自我、群体和第三者认同三个维度,以及外聘教师个体认同的情感、行为和价值认同的三层心理层面,分析外聘教师身份认同的现状和结构,提出以身份认同促进外聘教师发展的策略。
The phenomenon at this stage is that there are great difficulties in recruiting and managing external teachers, and the teaching effect is also very poor. The main reason for this is the lack of identity of external teachers. Changing the development perspective from the external environment to the internal driving force, this paper analyzes the status quo and structure of external teachers' identity from the three dimensions of social identity, namely, self-identity, group identity and third party identity, as well as the three psychological levels of the emotional, behavioral and value identity of external teachers, and proposes strategies to promote the development of external teachers by identity.
