惠州市高潭镇生态旅游型森林小镇规划研究

Planning on Forest Town of Eco-tourism Type in Gaotan of Huizhou City

森林小镇是森林城市建设向基层的延伸,是推动城乡统筹协调发展与产业转型升级的重要举措。以惠州市高潭镇为研究对象,阐述了高潭镇森林小镇建设的红色文化和绿色生态旅游资源优势,针对存在的镇区绿化有待改善、旅游产品结构不够丰富、公共服务设施水平有待提高等问题,明确了森林小镇建设的规划目标和城镇定位。依据生态为基、特色为要、文化为魂、核心引领的规划思路,提出空间重塑、产业重组、风貌重建、生态重构、文化重现的发展策略,从森林生态旅游、绿色生态体系、城镇人居环境、生态文化体系等方面着手详述森林小镇的建设内容,并对建设应注意的问题进行探究。

As an extension of the forest city to the grass-roots level,the construction of forest town promotes the coordinated development of urban and rural areas and the industrial transformation and upgrading. This paper studied the advantages of ecological tourism resources and red revolution culture in Gaotan Town of Huizhou City,illustrated the existing problems on township afforestation,tourism product structure and public service facilities,and pointed out the planning objectives and construction orientation of forest town. Based on the planning ideas of ecology as the base,characteristic as the primary,culture as the soul and core as the guide,this paper put forward development strategies from space remodeling,industry restructuring,landscape rebuilding,ecological reconstruction and cultural regeneration,discussed the construction contents of the forest eco-tourism,the green ecological system,the urban living environment,and the ecological culture system,and explored the problems should be noted in the construction.
