摘要
为了改进太极柔力球的教学效果,在课堂上引入核心力量训练的方法.选择平板支撑、仰卧起坐和俯卧背起等3种核心力量训练方法,对两组学生进行为期14周的实验.结果表明,实验组学生的柔力球成绩、核心力量测试成绩和教学满意度均优于对照组,核心力量训练能够明显改善教学现状,提高学习兴趣.
In order to improve the Taiji softball teaching effect , the method of core strength training is introduced. Two groups of students were tested for 14 weeks with three core strength training methods: flat plate support, sit up and prone back. The results showed that the experimental group’s softball performance, core strength test results and teaching satisfaction were better than the control group. The core strength training could significantly improve the teaching effctiveness and enhance the students’ interest.
