摘要
长期以来企业社会责任备受社会各界关注,研究企业社会责任与企业创新之间的关系对于引导企业履行社会责任,提升企业创新能力,促进经济社会生态的和谐发展具有重要的理论意义和现实意义.本文通过构建社会责任和创新关系模型,以中国沪深A股上市公司2007~2017年数据为样本,基于社会责任视角检验了其对企业创新的影响.研究结果表明,承担企业责任有助于企业创新,但是在国有上市公司和西部地区社会责任并不能明显推动企业创新.本文的研究结论为分析企业承担社会责任作用提供重要依据,也为企业创新的影响因素提供了企业外部层面的经验证据.基于本文的研究成果,我们提出了一些关于我国上市公司企业在承担社会责任方面的建议.
For a long time, corporate social responsibility has attracted the attention of all sectors of society. The research on the relationship between corporate social responsibility and enterprise innovation is of theoretical and practical significance in guiding enterprises to fulfill their social responsibility, improving their innovation ability and promoting the harmonious development of economic and social ecology. This paper builds a model of the relationship between corporate social responsibility and innovation by taking the data of the a-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shengzhen from 2009 to 2017 as samples to analyze the influence of the corporate social responsibility on its enterprise innovation. The results showed that corporate social responsibility helps enterprise in enterprise innovation, but social responsibility of state- owned listed companies and companies in the western region did not obviously promote their enterprise innovation. The research provides an important basis for analyzing the role of enterprises in assuming their social responsibility, and also provides empirical evidence for enterprise innovation in the external aspect. Based on the research results, suggestions on the social responsibility of listed companies in China are put forward.
