学分制条件下高校教育教学质量管理方法研究

摘要 学分制以学分量化某一课程在教学计划中的重要程度,尊重学生的个性差异.作为一种弹性教学模式,学分制具有突出学生主体性、拓宽学生知识面、学生个性化定制、满足企业或高校人才需求和增强教师竞争意识等优点.学分制教学模式能够增强学生的学习积极性,有助于创新型人才、复合型人才的培养.但在实践过程中,由于主客观条件导致基于学分制的教学质量管理未能达到预期目标.通过学分制条件下的高校教育教学质量管理方法研究,强化目标管理和过程管理,提升教学质量管理水平,提高教学效果,助推学分制的顺利实施. The credit system emphasizes the importance of a course in the teaching plan and respects the individuality differences of students. As a flexible teaching method, the credit system has prominent merits in that it respects students’ subjectivity, broadens students’ knowledge and individualization, and can meets the need of enterprises or colleges, and enhance teachers’ competitive awareness at the same time. The credit system teaching mode can enhance students’ enthusiasm for learning and contribute to the cultivation of innovative and compound talents. However, in the course of practice, the quality of teaching based on the credit system failed to achieve the expected goals due to both subjective and objective reasons. Through the study of the quality management methods of college education and teaching under the condition of credit system, the goal management and process management are both strengthened, the level of teaching quality management and teaching effectiveness improved, and the implementation of the credit system promoted.
