摘要
以加力燃油调节器在航空发动机地面台架试车中出现的出口压力波动问题为研究对象,通过理论分析、AMEsim仿真、流体仿真等手段得到了导致压力波动的因素,并据此对该加力燃油调节器进行了优化改进设计。研究表明:通过降低介质流速、改进流道结构、优化压差活门参数匹配特性等措施,可以解决出口压力波动问题。研究成果可为同类燃油调节器的设计、改进和工程排故提供参考。
Outlet pressure fluctuation problems of a certain afterburner regulator appearing in engine ground bench testing were studied.The influencing factors leading to pressure fluctuation were obtained through theoretical analysis,AMEsim simulation and fluid simulation,etc,and then the design was opti mized.The result shows that the outlet pressure fluctuation problem can be solved by reducing medium ve locity,improving runner structure and optimizing parameter matching characteristics of differential pressure valve.This paper can provide references for design,improvement,and troubleshooting of similar fuel regula tors.
