乌审旗地区风积砂混凝土的强度特性试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为研究乌审旗地区风积砂混凝土的强度性能,对不同强度等级的风积砂混凝土进行对比试验,研究风积砂混凝土在强度等级相同时风积砂砂率对其抗压强度的影响,以及在风积砂砂率相同时其抗压强度的变化规律.结果表明:采用乌审旗地区的风积砂作为混凝土细骨料,其在强度上均满足C30、C35、C40强度等级的要求,但其抗压强度均在不同程度上低于采用普通机制砂配制的混凝土.当强度等级为C40时,风积砂混凝土的抗压强度随着砂率的增大而减小;当强度等级为C35、C30时,风积砂混凝土的抗压强度随砂率的增加而先增大后减小;砂率为30%时抗压强度达到峰值.在砂率相同的情况下,混凝土强度的抗压强度随强度等级的增加而增加. In order to study the performance of Aeolian sand concrete in Wushenqi area,this test carries out comparative tests on Aeolian sand concrete of different strength grades,which studies the influence of Aeolian sand ration compressive strength of Aeolian sand concrete at the same strength grade,and the variation law of compressive strength at the same Aeolian sand ratio.The results show that the Aeolian sand concrete meets the strength levels of C30、C35andC40,butthe compressive strength of Aeolian sand concert is lower than that of ordinary machine-made sand concrete with the same strength grade.When the strength grade is C40,thecompressive strength of Aeolian sand concretedecreases with the increase of sand ratio;when the strength grade is C35 and C30,the compressive strength of Aeolian sand concrete and ordinary manufactured sand concrete increases first and then decreases with the increase of sand ratio;when the sand ratio is 30%,the compressive strengthreaches its peak valueatthe same sand ratio,the concreteof which increases with the increase of strengthgrade.
