摘要 将铜导线一次短路熔痕分别放置在实体火、热辐射环境中加热一段时间,等待其自然冷却后观察、分析样品的宏观、微观特征。实验结果表明:铜导线一次短路熔痕在经过实体火、热辐射加热后,由细小的柱状晶、胞状晶及树枝晶逐渐变为粗大的等轴晶,变化情况由温度的高低决定,温度越高,变化越明显;气孔由细小的圆形气孔变为不规则的大气孔。 Primary short-circuited beads of a copper wire was placed in a solid fire and a thermal radiation environment for a period of time, and the macro and microscopic characteristics of the sample were observed and analyzed after waiting for natural cooling. The experimental results show that the primary short-circuited beads of copper conductors gradually changed from fine columnar crystals, cell crystals and dendrites to coarse equiaxed crystals after heated by physical fire and heat radiation;The change is determined by the temperature and the higher the temperature, the more obvious the change;The pores change from tiny round pores to irregular pores.
