摘要
选取李子树枝条和梨树枝条作为实验材料,采用热重分析仪进行实验,研究材料粒径、升温速率和实验气氛对两材料热解过程的影响。选择以升温速率为变量的实验数据,采用Coats-Redfern法确定适合所选数据的动力学模型,得到指前因子、活化能等相关参数。结果表明,材料粒径越大,热解最大失重率就越大;升温速率越大,反应越向高温方向偏移;空气气氛对生物质热解主要阶段的促进作用强于N_2气氛;两种材料热解所需能量较少,容易进行生物质热解。
Using the plum twigs and pear twigs as experimental materials, the thermogravimetric analyzer was used to conduct experiments. The effects of material size, heating rate and experimental atmosphere on the pyrolysis process of the two materials were investigated. The experimental data with heating rate as the variablewas chosen, and Coats-Redfern method was used to determine the dynamic model suitable for the selected data and obtain the relevant parameters such as preexponential factor and activation energy. The results showed that the larger the particle size, the greater the maximum weight loss rate of pyrolysis;the higher the heating rate, the more the reaction shifted toward the high temperature direction;the air atmosphere had a greater promotion effect on the main stage of biomass pyrolysis than the nitrogen atmosphere;The energy required for pyrolysis of the two materials was small, and the biomass pyrolysis was easy to be carried out.
