摘要
介绍了高层建筑电梯井烟囱效应的成因,分析引发的问题,并提出解决方案。针对解决方案中的防火设计难点,提出防火设计优化措施。以某高层建筑为例开展防火设计,设置3个火源位置,考虑电梯竖井高度为51、14、4层的情况,通过数值模拟进行分析验证。结果表明,该防火设计方案能够在缓解烟囱效应的同时限制火灾大规模蔓延,保证人员安全疏散。
This paper introduced the causes of chimney effect of elevator shaft in high-rise buildings, analysed the problems caused,and put forward solutions.Aiming at the difficulty of fire protection design in the solution, the optimization measures of fire protection design were put forward. Taking a high-rise building as an example, fire protection design was carried out. Three fire source locations were set. Considering the elevator shaft height of 51, 14 and4 floors, numerical simulation was carried out to verify the design.The results showed that the fire protection design scheme could mitigate the chimney effect while limiting the large-scale spread of fire and ensuring the safe evacuation of personnel.
