消防救援队伍与民间救援力量的联勤联训

Joint training of fire forces and civilian rescue forces

民间消防救援队伍已成为社会救援不可或缺的力量,其作用的发挥不仅能够整合社会资源,还有利于实现应急救援的高效化。结合消防救援队伍与民间救援力量建设现状,分析民间救援力量参与应急救援的重要性,提出当前消防救援队伍与民间救援力量联勤联训的建议。

As an indispensable force in social rescue,civilian rescue forcecan not only integrate social resources, but also help to achieve the high efficiency of emergency rescue. Combining with the current situation of the construction of fire forces and civilian rescue forces, this paper analyses the importance of civilian rescue forces participating in emergency rescue, and puts forward some suggestions on how to achieve joint training of fire forces and civilian rescue forces.
