摘要
为实现对基层消防指挥员科学有效的心理选拔测评,运用胜任特征这一现代人力资源测评技术,采用行为事件访谈法、心理测量学和统计学等方法,建构了基层消防指挥员胜任特征模型。模型包括下属导向、专注、责任心、灵活应变、组训能力和专业素养6个胜任特征项目,且相对重要性依次递减。
In order to establish a scientific and effective psychological selection and evaluation tool of grass-roots fire commander,constructed the competency model of grass-roots fire commander by using competency, a modern human resources evaluation technology,and methods of behavior event interview and psychometrics. The model includes six competency projects: soldier oriented, concentration, responsibility, flexibility, group training ability and professional quality with the relative importance decrease in turn.
