摘要
介绍一起鸭棚火灾的调查过程,着重说明应用视频监控认定起火时间、定位起火部位,以及对错误起火原因的排除过程。在此基础上分析视频监控在火灾调查中的作用及应用视频监控技术应注意的问题。
The fire investigation of a duck shed was introduced, and the application of video monitor in identifying the time of fire, fire location as well as the excluding of fault fire cause were focused on.Based on the introduction, the usage of video analysis in fire investigation and the problems of using the technology were analyzed.
