摘要 针对自行高炮的炮管轴线与光学瞄准轴平行性调校问题,提出了一种便携式可见光多光轴快速调校的方法,系统采用CMOS对光轴位置进行快速判读,且光轴间距可调,在大空间范围内建立一个高精度基准,并且能够实现基准的灵活传递。可适应可见光多光轴大光轴间距的产品进行校正与装调,具有一定通用性,便于野外作战条件下对可见光多光轴设备光轴平行性进行高精度快速校正。 The problem of parallel adjustment of gun shaft and optical aiming shaft for self-propelled anti-aircraft gun, a portable fast calibration method of visible multi-optical axis is proposed.The system uses CMOS to quickly interpret the optical axis position,and the optical axis distance is adjustable.It establishes a high-precision reference in a large space and can realize the flexible transfer of the reference.The invention can be used for correcting and adjusting products with large optical axis spacing and multiple optical axes of visible light,has certain universality,and is convenient for carrying out high-precision rapid correction on optical axis parallelism of visible light multiple optical axis equipment under field combat conditions.
