集束化护理预防ICU患者非计划性拔管的临床观察

Clincal Observation of Cluster Nursing to Prevent Unplanned Extubation in ICU Patient

目的:探讨集束化护理措施预防ICU患者非计划性拔管(unplanned extubation,UEX)的临床应用效果。方法:选择2018年1月至2018年12月收住江西省宜春市人民医院ICU的住院患者190例作为观察组,2017年1月至2017年12月收住江西省宜春市人民医院ICU的住院患者190例作为对照组。对照组采用常规护理措施,观察组采用集束化护理措施。比较两组患者UEX的发生率。结果:对照组UEX发生率为5. 7%,观察组UEX发生率为1. 05%。两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05),观察组UEX发生率低于对照组。结论:集束化护理措施能降低ICU患者UEX的拔管率,提高了护理质量,确保患者安全,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical application effect of clustering nursing which prevent unplanned extubation(UEX)in ICU patients.Methods:190 ICU patients in our hospital from January2018 to December2018 as observation group.And 190 ICU patients who were hospitalized from January2017 to December 2017 were selected as the control group.The control group used routine nursing measures, Observation group adopts clustering nursing measures.Comparison of the incidence of UEX in the two groups.Result:The incidence of UEX in the control group was 5.7% while in the observation group was1.05%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),Observation group UEX incidence rate is lower than the control group.Conclusion:Clustered care measures can reduce UEX rates in ICU patients,improve the quality of care, ensure patients safety,and is worthy to be popularized in clinic.
