广西地区代谢综合征患者中医体质类型调查及红外热像图特点

Investigation of physique types of Chinese medicine and Characteristics of infrared Thermogram in patients with metabolic syndrome in Guangxi

目的初步了解广西地区代谢综合征患者的中医体质类型分布状况。方法采用问卷调查、人体检查及测定血糖和血脂等生化指标的方式对4500例患者进行初步调查。其中对符合纳入标准的MetS患者进一步使用中医体质量表和亚健康量表进行中医体质类型判别,并分别采集红外热像图。结果符合纳入标准的1120例MetS患者中平和质0例(0.0%);偏颇体质1120例:其中纯阳虚质56例(5.0%),阴阳两虚质112例(10.0%),阳虚兼气虚质90例(8.0%),阳虚兼痰湿质672例(60.0%),阳虚兼湿热质4例(0.4%),阳虚兼瘀血质135例(12.1%),阳虚兼气郁质12例(1.1%),气阴两虚质8例(0.7%),纯气虚质4例(0.4%),气虚兼痰湿质10例(0.9%),气虚兼瘀血质6例(0.5%),气虚兼气郁质2例(0.2%),纯痰湿质3例(0.3%),痰湿兼气郁质2例(0.2%),纯湿热质1例(0.1%),纯气郁质3例(0.3%),特禀质0例(0.0%)。结论广西地区代谢综合征人群的中医体质在不同年龄段和不同性别中的分布均有差异,其中以阳虚兼痰湿质为主,可为今后在本地区利用中医药诊治代谢综合征提供临床参考依据。

Objective To understand the distribution of TCM Constitutionin in the patients with metabolic syndrome in Guangxi.Methods A preliminary survey of 4 500 patients was carried out by means of questionnaire,human body examination and biochemical indexes such as blood glucose and blood lipids.The traditional Chinese medicine quality table and the sub-health scale were further used for the determination of the constitution type of Chinese medicine in the MetS patients who met the inclusion criteria,and infrared thermal imaging images were collected respectively.Results 0 cases of the Leveling and physique constitution(0.0%);the biased constitution in 1120 cases:45 cases of yang deficiency constitution(5.0%),yang deficiency with yin deficiency constitution was 112 cases(10.0%),yang deficiency and qi stagnation was 90 cases(8.0%),yang deficiency with phlegm dampness constitution was 672cases(60.0%),yang deficiency with damp heat constitution was 4cases(0.4%),yang deficiency with blood stasis constitution was 135 cases(12.1%),yang deficiency with qi stagnation constitution12 cases(1.1%),qi deficiency with yin deficiency was 8 cases(0.8%),qi deficiency constitution was 4 cases(0.4%),qi deficiency with phlegm dampness constitution was 10 cases(0.9%),qi deficiency with blood stasis constitution was 6 cases(0.5%),qi deficiency with qi stagnation constitution2 cases(0.2%),3 cases of phlegm dampness constitution(0.3%),phlegm dampness with qi stagnation constitution was2 cases(0.2%),damp heat constitution was 1cases(0.1%),qi stagnation constitution was3 cases(0.3%),special constitution was 0cases(0.0%).Conclusion The distribution of TCM Constitution in different age groups and different genders is different in Guangxi area.The biased constitution is mainly yang deficiency with phlegm dampness constitution.It can provide clinical reference for the diagnosis and treatment of metabolic syndrome in Guangxi area in the future.
