上海某社区老年人健康体检结果分析

Analysis on Health Examination of the elderly and above in the Community in Shanghai

目的了解老年人健康状况,为社区医生干预提供理论依据。方法选取本辖区内参与健康体检60岁以上老年人的体检报告进行分析。结果超重或肥胖共2415人(43.5%),高血糖者4810人(86.6%),血脂异常者2648人(47.7%),高血压2145例(38.63%),女性高血糖、高胆固醇、高甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白以及超重或肥胖检出率均高于男性,且差异有统计学意义;随着年龄的增长,血压、血清、血脂呈现上升趋势。结论老年人慢性病检出率比较高,应积极对老年人进行社区健康宣教干预,减少慢性病的发生及发展,提高老年人的生活质量。

Objective To understand the health status of the elderly,and provide basis for community intervention.Methods The elderly 60 years old and above were selected for health examination and the results were analyzed.Results Overweight or obesity were 2415(43.5%),high blood glucose were 4810(86.6%),the dysilipidemia were 2648(47.7%),the high blood pressure were 2145(38.63%),the detection rate of hyperglycemia,high cholesterol,high triglyceride,low density lipoprotein and overweight or obesity were higher in men than in men,and the difference was statistically significant.With age,blood pressure,serum,blood lipids showed an upward trend.Conclusion Elderly chronic disease detection rate is relatively high,should actively on the elderly community health mission intervention,reduce the occurrence and development of chronic diseases,improve the quality of life of the elderly.
