内隐理论对心理健康的影响及其作用机制

The Influence of Implicit Theory on Mental Health and Its Mechanism

基于个体对属性可塑性的不同假设,内隐理论可归结为实体论与渐变论这两大主题。实体论与渐变论对个体的情绪、行为和生理反应具有不同的影响。实体论与渐变论不仅直接影响个体的心理健康,还通过成就目标定向、自我概念、归因方式、控制信念等的中介作用影响心理健康;个体因素和情景因素在二者关系中具有调节作用。建构的内隐理论影响心理健康的整合机制模型提示,内隐理论影响心理健康的机制具有一定复杂性,未来应从不同内容、不同视角来拓展二者关系的研究,以进一步验证与完善整合的作用机制模型。

Researches have found that these belief systems converge to two main themes : entitytheory and incremental theory. They have different effects on an individual’ s mood, behavior,and physiological response. The two theories not only directly affect the mental health,but also influence mental health through mediating effects such as goal orientation,self-concept,attribution,and control belief. The relationship between implicit theory and individual ’ s mental health are regulated by individual factors and situational factors.The integration mechanism model constructed suggests that the mechanism of implicit theory affecting mental health has certain complexity. In the future,we should expand the study onthe relationship between the two from different contents and perspectives, and further verify and improve the integration mechanism model.
