摘要
为提高燃料电池物流车的综合性能,需要对动力系统各部件参数进行匹配。本文根据某燃料电池物流车动力性能指标的要求,在对动力系统结构进行设计的基础上对动力驱动系统不同部件(电机、蓄电池、燃料电池、变速器)进行参数匹配,并对整车的加速能力、爬坡能力、最高车速等动力性指标进行验证。结果表明所匹配的动力驱动系统参数满足车辆动力性能要求。
In order to enhance the comprehensive properties of fuel cell logistics vehicles,it’s important to match the parameters of the drive system.First of all,the system structure was designed according to the requirements of a fuel cell logistics vehicle's dynamic performance index.Secondly,the parameter matching process for different components (including motors,batteries,fuel cells,and transmission) of the power drive system was elaborated.Then,the vehicle's acceleration capability,grade ability,and maximum speed were verified.The experimental results show that the parameters of the matched power drive system meet the vehicle dynamic performance requirements.
