摘要
为避免"先污染后治理"所带来的损失,生态文明建设是中国发展的必经之路。现有生态文明建设调查主要针对普通群众,极少对管理者进行研究。基于生态文明建设基本理念及发展历程进行问卷调查,使用熵权法对问卷题目赋权,分析了粤北韶关市仁化、乐昌两县企、事业单位管理者的生态文明建设能力,从性别、年龄、学历、收入、单位性质等五方面分析发现,管理者对生态文明具有"高认同,低践行"的特征,且存在显著的群体差异。
In order to avoid the losses caused by"abatement after pollution", ecological civilization construction is the only way for China’s development. The existing survey on ecological civilization construction is mainly aimed at ordinary people, few investigations are conducted on local managers.Conducted a questionnaire survey based on the basic concepts and development process of ecological civilization construction,Set weight for the questions in questionnaire by using the entropy weight method, Analyzes the ecological civilization construction ability of the management personnel of enterprises and institutions in Renhua and Lechang counties in Shaoguan City, Guangdong Province.Analyzes the group differences of managers’ ecological civilization construction ability from five aspects:gender, age, education, income, and unit nature. The results show that managers have the characteristics of "high recognition, low practice" for ecological civilization, and there are significant Group differences.
