面向资源聚合的矿山开采环境污染综合治理研究

对于成熟型资源聚合过程中存在的盲目性、急于求成、虚假聚合等问题,以及在矿山开采过程中,由于没有注意矿山环境保护,给生态系统带来了极大危害,严重制约了中国国民经济健康、可持续发展,在分析当前成熟型资源聚合过程中存在的问题和矿场资源开采过程中产生的环境问题、影响因素基础上,提出了以科学发展观为指导,充分尊重自然发展规律,实事求是,因地制宜地推进成熟型资源聚合工作的建议;同时加大矿产资源开采的监管力度,以科学发展观为指导,树立资源有限意识和环保意识,坚持因地制宜以及坚持改革创新原则,在实现成熟型资源有效聚合的同时实现矿区生态环境问题的深化综合治理。

The problems of blindness, eagerness for success and false aggregation in the process of aggregation of mature resources, as well as the lack of attention to mine environmental protection in the process of mining, have brought great harm to the ecosystem and seriously restricted the health and sustainable development of China’s national economy. Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the process of mature resource aggregation and the environmental problems and influencing factors in the process of mine resource exploitation, this paper puts forward some suggestions on promoting mature resource aggregation under the guidance of scientific development concept, fully respecting the law of natural development, seeking truth from facts and adapting measures to local conditions;at the same time, we should strengthen the supervision of mineral resources exploitation, put on the agenda the comprehensive treatment of environmental problems in the mining process, take the scientific concept of development as the guide, establish the awareness of limited resources and environmental protection, adhere to local conditions and adhere to the principle of reform and innovation, and realize the effective aggregation of mature resources at the same time.
