摘要
近年来秸秆焚烧已成为重大环境问题,而纤维素是秸秆的重要成分之一。本文通过对纤维素、纤维素酶、纤维素降解菌的选育、纤维素酶特性的研究进行综述。文献研究结果表明纤维素降解菌的研究一直在不断深入和完善,为秸秆的处理做出了较大的贡献,但一般来说纤维素降解效果不太理想,其关键就在于纤维素降解菌自身的降解能力、产酶条件等尚需进一步优化。因此,在今后的研究中还需要关注以上几个问题,以期为中国的焚烧秸秆等影响环境质量等问题得到解决提供更多理论依据。
At present, biological methods are mainly used to treat straw. In this paper, cellulose, cellulase, cellulase breeding and cellulase characteristics of cellulolytic bacteria were reviewed, and the application of cellulolytic bacteria in engineering and production were described and summarized. Literature research results show that the research of cellulose degradation bacteria has been deepening and perfecting, made a greater contribution to the processing of straw, but generally cellulose degradation effect is not ideal, the key lies in the degradation of cellulose degradation bacteria itself ability, the activity of cellulase and enzyme production conditions remains to be further optimized. Therefore, more attention should be paid to the above issues in the future research, so as to provide more theoretical basis for China’s straw burning and other problems affecting environmental quality, industrial production and the development of related industries.
