抗战时期成都“工合”运动妇女工作述论

抗日战争时期大批男丁被征调上前线,为保证前方的军需供应和后方生活的自给自足,成都"工合"事务所对成都及周边地区妇女的受教育程度、家庭状况、年龄、技能等情况进行实地调查,开办妇女纺毛训练班,并成立以妇女为骨干的服装、织袜、纺毛、洗涤等生产合作社。这不仅缓解了战时物资供需矛盾,更提高了妇女的经济收入和家庭地位。

A large number of men were called up to the front during the Anti-Japanese War. In order to ensure the munitions supply at the front and the self-sufficiency of rear life, Chengdu Industrial Cooperative Association had a field survey on the background education, family status, age, skills, etc., so as to set up women′s woolen training course and organize women as the backbone to finish the work of clothing, hosiery, woolen, washing. This not only alleviated the contradiction between supply and demand of wartime materials, but also improved women′s economic income and family status.
