质量文化语境下的校院两级研究生管理权限划分与培养质量监控

摘要 基于质量文化,对研究生校院两级管理权限及培养质量监控进行研究,并认真践行,意义重大。从质量文化的视角而言,当前高校校院两级研究生管理权限及质量监控还存在两级管理部门管理职能划分、信息交流、经费控制、监控标准等方面的问题。上述问题必须以提高培养质量为核心目标,从校院两级研究生培养管理机构、质量监控信息系统、经费监控体系、质量监控标准等方面的合理构建下功夫。 Based on quality culture, it is of great significance to study and implement the Division of Management Authority (DMA) and Postgraduate Educational Quality Control (PEQC) under the bi-level structure of university and school. From the perspective of quality culture, there are some problems existing in the current DMA and PEQC under the two levels of university and school, such as the division of management functions, information exchange, finance management, and monitoring standards. It is necessary to work hard on the rational construction of regulatory agency, quality control informational system, financial supervision system, and quality control standard sunder the bi-level structure of university and school.
