摘要
高校教师的教学胜任力水平对高校教学质量有深刻的影响。研究已有的高校教师教学胜任力模型,并进行重新梳理和分类,编制出高校教师教学胜任力四维度量表,用该量表对高校教师和学生群体进行问卷调查,探索高校师生对教学胜任力特征的评价差异,在此基础上构建基于师生互动的教学胜任力模型。研究表明,外显特征与内在特征的差异是师生对教学胜任力特征评价差异的根源。因此,高校教师队伍培育与管理需以教育供需双方的真实感知与需求为基础,强化师生互动,在教师队伍内形成教学本位的共识。
Teacher′s teaching competency has profound influence on the teaching quality at colleges and universities. This paper reorganized and classified the existing teaching competency models of college teachers and compiled a four-dimensional scale of teacher′s teaching competency to survey college teachers and students. The study intended to probe the differences of the perceptions of teaching competency between college teachers and students, and then build a teaching competency model based on the interactions between teachers and students. The study shows that the differences between explicit features and intrinsic characteristics lead to different evaluation on teaching competency between teachers and students. Therefore, the cultivation and management of university teachers should be based on the real perception and demand of both sides of education supply and demand, strengthening the interaction between teachers and students, and forming the consensus of teaching orientation within teachers.
