Procurement management is a key link in material management and an important starting point to improve the procurement efficiency. Taking the material procurement at the general contracting level of "the PPP project of Wenshan to Maguan and Wenshan to Mali Expressway"(line 105 km and total investment amount of 158 billion Yuan) as an example, focusing on the optimization of the centralized procurement plan, the paper expounds the corresponding plans from the aspects of procurement planning, system construction, procurement decision-making, platform utilization, and supply resources integration, so as to provide support for ensuring supply, guaranteeing quality, reducing costs and improving efficiency.
