摘要
通过研究观察我国企业内部人力资源管理现状发现,目前企业人力资源管理工作需要解决的核心问题,就是人力资源管理问题,通过加强人力资源供求管理达到供求平衡的状态,能够为企业带来人力资源优势。论文从企业人力资源供求管理工作及供求管理体系现存的问题等方面出发,重点分析了企业人力资源供求平衡的有效措施。
Through researching and observing the current situation of human resource management in enterprises in China, it is found that the core problem to be solved of enterprise human resource management is the human resource management. Through strengthening the supply and demand management of human resources to achieve a balance between supply and demand can bring human resource advantages to enterprises. Starting from the supply and demand management work of human resources in enterprises and the existing problems of supply and demand management system, the paper mainly analyzes some effective measures to balance the supply and demand of human resources in enterprises.
