铁路作为大众化的交通工具,在人们的日常生活中占有举足轻重的地位。随着动车以及高铁的发展,铁路客运在市场竞争中的地位也逐渐提升。随着人们生活水平的提高,对铁路客运服务质量要求也愈加提高,因此,铁路客运服务质量也在不断发展进步,发挥了自己的优势,对旅客的吸引力越来越大。论文针对现有客运服务中存在的问题,对提高铁路客运服务质量提出了创新性意见。

As a popular means of transportation, railway plays an important role in people's daily life. With the development of bullet trains and high-speed railways, the status of railway passenger transport in the market competition has been gradually enhanced. With the improvement of people's living standard, people’s requirement of railway passenger transport service quality is also increasing. therefore, the quality of railway passenger transport service is also developing and progressing, giving full play to its advantages and attracting more and more passengers. Aiming at the problems existing in the passenger transport service, this paper puts forward innovative suggestions on improving the quality of railway passenger transport service.
