浅析信息化教学在《西式烹调技术》教学中的应用——以《匈牙利烩牛肉》为例

摘要 随着"互联网+"时代的到来,信息化已经成为全社会各行业进一步发展的主要潮流,职业教育领域自然也被涵盖其中。对于中职《西式烹调技术》教学来说,信息化教学手段的引进能够打破传统教学的壁垒,通过多层次、全方位的信息搜集、输入与整理,进一步提升教学质量与效率。论文主要浅析传统西式烹饪教学的局限性,在此基础上提出几点信息化教学手段的建议并举例,以供参考与借鉴。 With the advent of the "internet +" era, informatization has become the main trend for the further development of all industries in the whole society, and the field of vocational education is naturally included in it. For the teaching of "Western Cooking Technology" in secondary vocational schools, the introduction of information teaching means can break the barriers of traditional teaching and further improve the quality and efficiency of teaching through multi-level and all-round information collection, input and arrangement. This paper mainly analyzes the limitations of traditional western cooking teaching. On this basis, this paper puts forward some suggestions for information-based teaching methods and gives some examples, for reference.
