基层图书馆"重业务、轻党务"现象长期普遍存在,党支部战斗堡垒作用和党员先锋模范作用没有发挥好,造成图书馆服务效率低等现实问题,这与人民群众日益增长的精神文化需求成为当前的主要矛盾。基层图书馆是直接服务群众的公共文化场所,在新时期乡村振兴战略大背景下,要以抓党建促业务主动融入乡村文化振兴,增强服务意识,创新实践工作,促进图书馆服务的可持续发展。

The phenomenon of "attaching importance to business and neglecting Party affairs" in grass-roots libraries has been widespread for a long time, and the role of fighting stronghold of the Party branch and the exemplary role of Party members have not been played well, resulting in the low service efficiencyof libraries and other practical problems. This has become the main contradiction with the growing spiritual and cultural needs of the people. The grass-roots library is a public cultural place that serves the masses directly. Under the background of the rural revitalization strategy in the new period, we should promote the integration of business into rural cultural revitalization through strengthening the Party construction, enhance the service consciousness, innovate the practice work, and promote the sustainable development of the libraryservice.
