新时期创新单位思想政治教育方法,保证员工思想政治教育工作高效率展开,是单位在思想政治教育方面的首要任务。而采用形式多样、内容丰富的思想政治教育工作,不仅可以调动员工参与工作的积极性,也能有效解决员工的思想问题。论文以思想政治教育工作为视角,探究单位创新思想政治教育工作的方法,以期为类似研究提供一定的参考。

In the new era, innovating the ideological and political education methods and ensuring the efficient development of ideological and political education for employees are the primary tasks of units in the aspect of ideological and political education. The ideological and political education with various forms and rich contents can not only mobilize the enthusiasm of employees to participate in the work, but also can effectively solve the ideological problems of employees. From the perspective of ideological and political education, this paper explores the methods of innovating the ideological and political education of units, so as to provide some reference for similar studies.
