A Research Review of the Abundant of Jobs and Families of Professional Managers

工作和家庭是人们两个重要的生活领域。在中国市场经济的巨大变革及转型中,人们的工作与生活方式也经历了翻天覆地的转变。如何实现工作与家庭生活的平衡发展,让工作与家庭成为两个相互促进的生活领域,已然成为现实中值得思考的话题。基于此,论文综述了职业经理人工作家庭丰富的研究。

Jobs and families are two important areas of people's lives. In the great reform and transformation of China's market economy, people's work and life style have undergone earth-shaking changes. How to achieve the balanced development of work and family life, and make work and family become two mutually reinforcing areas of life have become a topic worthy of consideration in reality. Based on this, this paper summarizes the research of the abundant of jobs and families of professional managers.
