摘要
目前国内生产的甘氨酸产品粒度分布不均匀,达不到国际医药市场对甘氨酸的粒度要求;甘氨酸晶体形态差,晶型不完整且不单一,多为混晶,如果长时间存放,会出现结块聚集的现象,使用不便。为了解决这两个问题,对甘氨酸重结晶过程中的影响因素做了深一步的研究,包括搅拌速率、溶液浓度、降温速率等。
At present, the granularity distribution of glycine products produced in China is not uniform, which can not meet the requirement of glycine granularity in the international pharmaceutical market. Glycine crystals are poor in morphology, and the crystal form of which is incomplete and not single, and most of the glycine crystals are mixed crystals. If they are stored for a long time, there will be agglomeration, and it is inconvenient for using. In order to solve these two problems, the factors affecting the recrystallization of glycine are further studied, including stirring rate, solution concentration and cooling rate.
