当前,西方传媒试图通过不受国家主权约束的信息自由流动,直接与他国网民对话,以此影响他国公众的价值观念和行为方式,我国新闻舆论导向及宣传工作面临严峻挑战。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记结合我国国内外发展情况在新闻工作方面提出了新的论断及要求,逐步形成了系统的新闻思想。一方面,习近平的新闻思想指导了中国新闻工作的实践,为从事新闻事业的工作者提供了强大的思想指引。另一方面,习近平新闻思想贯彻落实了"以人民为中心"的发展理念。文章集中阐述了习近平新闻思想形成的理论基础、主要内容及其时代价值。

At present,Western media try to directly communicate with netizens of other countries through the free flow of information that is not subject to national sovereignty,thus affecting the values and behaviors of the public in other countries. China’s news public opinion orientation and propaganda work face severe challenges. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward new conclusions and requirements in journalism work in combination with the development of China and abroad,and gradually formed a systematic news thought. On the one hand,Xi Jinping’s news thoughts guide the practice of Chinese journalism and provide powerful ideological guidance for journalists. On the other hand,Xi Jinping’s journalistic thinking has implemented the development concept of "people-centered". This paper focuses on the theoretical basis,main content and time value of Xi Jinping’s news thought.
