摘要 跨学科培养已成为当前世界各国研究生教育改革发展的重要方向。东华理工大学法律硕士专业学位研究生培养目标定位为面向地方及行业,培养复合型、实践型高层次法律人才,跨学科培养是其必然途径。自2014年招生之初,东华理工大学法学系从生源专业背景多样化、复合课程设置、实践教学、科研能力培养等方面实践与探索跨学科特色,取得了一定的成效,培养质量获得学校与社会的一致认可。但仍有许多不尽如人意之处:跨学科知识传授本科化、导师协作不够等等,尚需不断完善与提升。未来跨学科教学方式要逐步多元化,组建跨学科的导师协作团队。 Interdisciplinary training has become an important direction for the reform and development of education for postgraduate students all over the world. In East China University of Technology,the goal of postgraduate education of master of law major is positioned as being locally and industrially oriented to cultivate composite and practical talents of high level. The interdisciplinary cultivation is its inevitable way. Since the beginning of enrollment in 2014,the Department of Law of East China University of Technology has been practicing and exploring interdisciplinary features from the aspects of the diversity of students’ profession,composite curriculum setting,practical teaching and scientific research ability training,and got some achievements. The training quality has been unanimously recognized by the school and the society. However,there are still many unsatisfactory aspects,such as interdisciplinary knowledge imparting,insufficient collaboration among tutors,etc.. In the future,interdisciplinary teaching methods should be gradually diversified and an interdisciplinary team of tutors should be established.
