不同材料附生乳酸菌对菌糠青贮发酵品质的影响 被引量:5

摘要 为研究不同材料附生乳酸菌对青贮菌糠发酵品质的影响,此试验富集红象草、甘蔗梢、菌糠、葛藤和甜玉米秸秆5种材料表面附生乳酸菌,制备成五种绿汁发酵液作为添加剂调制菌糠青贮饲料。5种绿汁发酵液和对照组共6个处理,每个处理分别调制30份,分别在发酵第1、3、7、15、30和60天开封,每个处理每次开封5袋,即5个重复。结果表明:(1)菌糠的营养成分丰富,粗蛋白含量较高(8.13%DM),特别是氨基酸组成丰富,是很有开发利用价值的饲料资源;(2)采用添加外源乳酸菌调制青贮饲料品质显著高于未添加者(P<0.05),是一种保存菌糠饲料资源的有效方式;(3)红象草绿汁发酵液组菌糠青贮饲料的pH值(4.42)最低,乳酸含量(0.79%DM)最高,效果最佳;(4)发酵时间在15 d左右效果较好,超过30 d不良发酵产物较多,其机理以及不同材料绿汁发酵液中乳酸菌的种类和数量等需进一步研究。 To explore the impact of FJLB of different materials on fermentation process and quality of fungus chaff, and produce high quality silage, fermented juice of epiphytic lactic acid bacteria (FJLB) of five materials were made and added to fungus chaff silage as additives. There were six treatments, 30 bags in each treatment. The bags were opened for quality analysis at 1, 3, 7, 15,30 and 60 d. Each treatment had 5 replicates. The results showed that:(1) The fungus chaff had rich nutrients, especially in crude protein (8.13% DM) and amino acids;(2) It is an effective way to preserve the fungus chaff by adding lactic acid bacteria to prepare silage ( P <0.05);(3) And the red elephant grass was best material which had the lowest pH value (4.42) and the highest lactic acid content (0.79% DM);(4) The best fermentation time was 15 d, more adverse fermentation products would be produced above 30d. The mechanism of this phenomenon and the type and quantity of lactobacillus in the green juice fermentation broth of different materials needed to be further studied.
