军校校园文化在学员管理中的作用及运用新途径

Role of military campus culture in cadets management and its new ways of application

军校校园文化是高校校园文化的一种特殊形态,也是社会文化的重要组成部分。它充满了部队军事特色和政治色彩,是一种隐性的育人方式,更是一种无形的管理手段。在阐述军校校园文化概念的基础上,指出军校校园文化在学员管理中发挥的导向性、规范性、凝聚性、激励性等积极作用,进而从新载体、新内容、新气象、新定位四个方面探索了将军校校园文化运用于学员管理的新途径。

Military campus culture, featured by its military and political colors, constitutes a special form of campus culture, and also an important part of social culture. It is a hidden education method and represents invisible management measures. This paper firstly defines the concept of military campus culture as the basis, on which the positive roles it plays in the management of cadets are dwelled, i.e., the roles of orientation, standardization, cohesion and excitation. Then new ways of applying military campus culture to cadets management are explored from such aspects as "New Carrier","New Content","New Context" and "New Positioning".
