强军文化是新时代我军军事文化创新发展的最新形态,是实现党在新时代的强军目标的重要保证。打造强军文化,应当始终聚焦强固听党指挥,打造"军魂文化";始终聚焦锻造打赢能力,打造"胜战文化";始终聚焦培塑优良作风,打造"本色文化"。

The strong-military culture, i.e., the concept of building a strong army, is the latest form of military culture innovation and development in the new era, which represents an important guarantee to the realization of the party′s goal of building the army in the new era. A strong military culture comprises such aspects as a "military soul culture" which means strengthening the party′s command;a "winning culture" which means forging the ability to triumph;and a "fine-style culture" which means cultivating an excellent working style and stay true to the mission.
