农民工群体的社会救助该何去何从

Where Should the Social Assistance for Migrant Workers End Up

在工业化与城镇化浪潮的影响下,我国逐渐出现了规模庞大的农民工群体。然而,身份的特殊性使得这一群体始终介于农村与城镇之间,处于"半城市化"的状态。这一状态使得农民工群体面临着无法享受应有的社会救助等一系列社会福利的尴尬局面。结合现有的社会救助政策,分析目前农民工群体社会救助的"真空"现象,以及导致这种现象产生的原因,并针对这一现象提出相应的建议,以期为今后农民工群体的社会救助制度的完善提供一定程度的借鉴。

Under the influence of industrialization and urbanization,China has gradually emerged a large-scale group of migrant workers.However,the uniqueness of identity makes this group always be between rural and urban areas,in a semi-urbanized state.This state makes the migrant workers group face the embarrassing situation of a series of social welfare such as unable to enjoy the social assistance they deserve.Based on the existing social assistance policies,this study analyzes the current"vacuum"phenomenon of social assistance for migrant workers and the causes of this phenomenon,providing corresponding suggestions for it.It provides a certain degree of reference for the improvement of the social assistance system for migrant workers in the future.
