听觉-运动同步训练联合认知-运动控制双重任务训练对慢性脑卒中的康复效果

Rehabilitation effect of auditory-motor synchronization training combined with cognitive-motor control dual task training on patients with chronic stroke

目的探索听觉-运动同步训练联合认知-运动控制双重任务训练对慢性脑卒中患者康复效果。方法将62例慢性脑卒中患者分为2组,分别给予认知运动双任务训练或联合听觉-运动同步训练,每周3次,30 min/次。评估治疗6周后2组治疗前后认知功能及运动功能的改善情况。结果治疗6周后,2组认知功能与躯体运动功能均较治疗前明显改善,且联合治疗组的改善效果明显优于单纯双任务训练组。结论听觉-运动同步训练联合认知-运动控制双重任务训练可明显提高脑卒中患者的康复效果。

Objective To explore the rehabilitation effect of auditory-sports synchronous training combined with cognitive exercise dual task training on chronic stroke patients. Methods Sixty-two patients with chronic stroke were divided into two groups,which were given cognitive exercise dual task training or combined auditory-motor synchronous training,3 times a week,30 min/time.The improvement of cognitive function and motor function before and after treatment in the two groups after 6 weeks of treatment was evaluated. Results After 6 weeks of treatment,the cognitive function and physical motor function of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the improvement effect of the combination treatment group was significantly better than that of the simple dual task training group. Conclusion Auditory-sports synchronous training combined with cognitive motor-control dual-task training can significantly improve the rehabilitation of stroke patients.
