洛阳地区体检人群高血压检出率及相关危险因素分析

Analysis of hypertension detection rate and related risk factors in Luoyang Area

目的了解本地区人群高血压患病率,并对相关危险因素进行了初步分析。方法选取河南科技大学第一附属医院体检中心2016-06-2017-06体检资料进行分析。指标包括身高、体质量、血压以及空腹血糖、血脂谱、肾功能等生化指标。分析各组中的高血压检出率。以高血压为因变量,通过多因素Logistic回归分析明确高血压的危险因素。结果 7 421例受检者中,共检出高血压患者1 850例,检出率24.9%,男性高于女性(31.4%vs 16.8%,P<0.001)。两种性别高血压的检出率均随着年龄、体质量指数、空腹血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、尿酸的升高以及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、肾小球滤过率的下降而增加;而在老年、肥胖、糖尿病及血脂异常人群中,两种性别的高血压检出率无明显差异。Logistic回归分析表明,男性,年龄增加,空腹血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯及体质量指数升高以及肾小球滤过率降低是高血压的独立危险因素。结论洛阳地区高血压患病率与全国水平相近。高血压的危险因素谱与既往研究相似。

Objective To understand the prevalence of hypertension in this region and to analyze the related risk factors. Methods The physical examination data of the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology was selected from 2016-06-2017-06 for analysis.Indicators include height,body mass,blood pressure,and fasting blood glucose,blood lipid profiles,renal function and other biochemical indicators.The detection rate of hypertension in each group was analyzed.Hypertension was used as a dependent variable to identify risk factors for hypertension by multivariate logistic regression analysis. Results Of the 7421 subjects,a total of 1850 hypertensive patients were detected,with a detection rate of 24.9%,and men were higher than women (31.4% vs 16.8%, P <0.001).The detection rates of both sexes were associated with age,body mass index,fasting blood glucose,total cholesterol,triglycerides,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,elevated uric acid,and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and glomerular filtration.The rate of decline increased;in the elderly,obesity,diabetes and dyslipidemia,there was no significant difference in the detection rate of hypertension between the two sexes.Logistic regression analysis showed that men,increased age,elevated fasting blood glucose,total cholesterol,triglycerides and body mass index,and decreased glomerular filtration rate were independent risk factors for hypertension. Conclusion The prevalence of hypertension in Luoyang is similar to the national level.The risk factor spectrum of hypertension is similar to previous studies.
