hnRNPD是核不均一核糖核蛋白(hnRNPs)家族成员之一,是多种生物学途径的中枢调节因子,参与炎症、癌症、心血管疾病和病毒感染等多种疾病发生发展。最近研究显示,hnRNPD在神经发育过程中特异性表达,调控相关基因参与神经元等分化成熟以及相关疾病的发生发展,但其作用机制不详。本文将hnRNPD在神经发育和参与神经疾病中的作用以及可能调控机制作一综述,为深入认识和了解hnRNPD在神经发育和疾病致病过程中的作用提供理论参考。

hnRNPD belongs to the family of heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoproteins,which is the central regulation factor of various biological pathways,involved in many diseases such as inflammation,cancer,cardiovascular disease and viral infections.Recent studies show that hnRNPD is specific expression during the neural development and regulates related genes to participate in the development of related diseases,for example differentiation and maturation of neurons,but the mechanism is unknown.The role of hnRNPD in neural development and its related-mechanisms will be reviewed in this paper.It provides a theoretical reference for further understanding the important role of hnRNPD on neurogenesis and related-diseases.
