随着液化石油气深加工产业的蓬勃发展,市场对液化石油气原料提出了分级采购和使用的要求。而现有标准没有对液化石油气具体组成提出明确要求,难于满足深加工装置对于原料的需求,也无法进行细分产品、细分市场,实现差异化销售。2013年1月1日中国石化液化气业务整合以来,中国石化及时制定、发布实施了Q/SH PRD 0673-2015《工业液化石油气》。文章对该标准的制定情况及其主要技术指标作了阐释,以利于在工业液化石油气推广应用工作中对标准全面理解和贯彻实施。

With the vigorous development of the deep processing industry of LPG, the market has put forward the requirements of classified purchase and use of LPG raw materials. However, the existing standards do not set clear requirements for the specific composition of LPG, which is difficult to meet the demand of deep processing equipment for raw materials, nor can it subdivide products and segment the market, so as to achieve differentiated sales. Since the integration of the Sinopec liquefied gas business in January 1, 2013, the Sinopec has made and promulgated the Q/SH PRD 0673-2015 "industrial liquefied petroleum gas" in time. This article explains the formulation of the standard and its main technical indicators, so as to fully understand and implement the standard in the promotion and application of LPG.
