摘要
针对目前固井冲洗效率评价方法在实验重复性、测试准确性等方面存在的不足,研制了一种新的冲洗效率评价的装置。该装置通过模拟井壁的粗糙度、井下温度参量的变化,定量评价冲洗液对井壁泥饼的冲洗效率。通过对4种冲洗液的评价,结果表明,该套装置能够较好的反映井下的工况,且结果的误差可控制在5%以内,具有较高的重复性,可以作为冲洗效率对比评价的一种方法。
Innovative device has been developed for evaluation of flushing efficiency to compensate insufficiencies of existing methods in repeatability and accuracy. The device was able to quantitatively evaluate the flushing efficiency of the flushing fluid to mud cake by simulating the variation of borehole temperature and the roughness of borehole wall. The evaluation of four kinds of flushing fluids was showed that the device can well reflect the underground working conditions, and the error of the results can be controlled within 5 %. It has high repeatability and can be used as a method of comparative evaluation of washing efficiency.
